fuck man this concert was the fucken best shit... it fucken rocked dude... my wife and I went on saturday march 6 2004 and this concert kicked ass, big time man. your gonna have to excuse me but I'm a bit drunk at the moment hahahaha... we left on saturday morning and got got there at 5:00 p.m and went to get some chinese food and then I went to sleep for an hour or so before the concert. I got up at a quarter till 7 p.m and we left to the concert, to our surprise it was packed and Irina bought some concert t-shirts outside for 10 bucks which they would have cost 35 inside and when we parked the car I changed into one of the t-shirts and damn I was happy and fucken siked to be there with my wife. we got in and found some seats and kept them...shit fuck that...fuck we kept those fucken seats hahahahaha... anyway we fucken enjoyed the whole concert and damn Godsmack and Metallica kicked ass all throughout the concert, we left the concert almost deaf hahahhaha...after the concert we bought some booze and went back to the hotel and drank till we went to sleep but fuck we were fucken siked because of the kick ass concert man. In the morning we got up and went to hollywood boulevard and took pics with spiderman and a stormtrooper and a devilguy hahahaha and had fun at this hollywood and highland plaza mall...we went to Beverly Hills and checked out all the high class homes and couldn't find Ozzys' house damnit I wanted to see it but ohh well maybe next time hahahahahaahahahaa...Man I love Irina and shit I would die for her just for her to be happy...I love her so much damnit...anyway we had a blast and maybe we'll do it again some time in the near future...I had so much fun we took pictures and had fun... the pictures will be posted in my website if anyone wants to see them... well bye bye everyone... |

It's been quite a while since I've written in my journal but I think its time to do so and how. So today we went to my in-laws house actually it was yesterday cause today is friday morning but anyhow we went. Before going Irina and I went to my aunts house on our bikes to eat some taquitos and beans and damn they were good. While we were there Irina got a phone call from her sister Evelyn telling her if we were going to go for a visit and well we did. I took my guitar and was practicing while we waited for them to return from the expo they had gone to. We listened to some cds and talked and I was teaching Juanito some guitar chords because he wants to learn to play the guitar. I wrote the 7 basic chords on paper for him ( you know Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Si... or by their other names A, B, C, D, E, F, G ). Anyways I have great news I will get to see my son today friday at 6 p.m. and have him back at his mothers on monday at 6 p.m. because its a holiday Martin Luther King Jr. day. I went to court on monday because she had refused to obey the first court order that stated that I see him on weekends so I filed an Affidavit and Contempt form into the court, which means that she willfully went against the court order and is comiting a crime. On monday the judge asked her if she still denied me access to Isaac and she responded with a firm yes after hearing that the judge said she was commiting a crime and it was punishible imprisionment and a fine or both. The judge ordered both of us to reappear on wednesday and I did go back and this time she was appointed a public defender and she talked to him outside the court room and when the judge asked for us to go up and asked her again what she was going to do she accepted to let me see him starting this friday actually today. I'm happy but I still have to go to court on wednesday for the pretrial of the crime she commited before when she denied me access. I dont know whats going to happen there but I'm just happy to know that I'm getting him and he's spending the weekend with us finally. I talked to Jesus (Irina's brother) about him and his son and told him that if he needs help he can ask us for help and taht I would gladly give him copies and help him fill out any court papers if he finds the need to do so. Irina told me something a few minutes ago that made me happy and almost made me cry. She told me that she would be the best mom she could be for my son, considering he's not her son but she made me understand that she cares so much about me and him, so in some way he is her son...(_______). I love Irina so much and I thatnk her sor being there at court with me because I was nervous but after she told me that everthing was going to be ok and she told me she loves me so much I felt better and when I went up the the judge I wasn't even a bit nervous anymore, so thatnk you Flaquita hermosa and I will forever love you sweetness...well thats all for now and I will try to write in here a little more often:)

Irina and I are going to her g/parents today for turkey day. My mom is coming with us too. I'm not to sure about Leeloo coming with us though (our miniture Schnauzer). I'm fixing a bike and I think it'll come out ok. I was talking to Irina about it last night and she agreed that it can turn out to be a nice hobby for me and who knows maybe a sort of business, buying old and used bikes and repairing, painting and selling them...I'm quite fond of French racing bikes, because of the gears and the way they look but most of all the way they handle. The only thing I forgot to do was take a picture of the bike I'm working (like a before and after) but I will post a picture of it when I'm done...Anyhow I'm also working on my webpages which I am getting a little better at. I can understand a little more about html and javascript too. Hopefully I can become a well enough webdesigner or even a webmaster...*crossing-fingers*...

I'm a bit sad because today I was suppose to pick Isaac up and bring him to Brawley with us to spend the weekend as it was ordered by the judge. I went over to Mexicali to get him, accompanied by my mother and aunt. When we got there, we saw him but he quickly ran into the store where his mom works at or something like that, anyway we went in and told his mother that we where there to pick him up but she didn't cooperate and so we left. My wife called me and left a message on my cell phone and that made me feel better. I'm going to be strong and pray for the best to come and hopefully it will, I as stated before I will be optimistic about the whole thing, and not just about this but everything. Tomorrow I'm going to Calexico to pick up my uncle so we can install a water boiler and a kitchen sink.

I haven't updated my journal since Monday so here it is. On Tuesday I didn't do much, well actually I did. Irina (my wife) and I went to El Centro to find her some VANS (shoes). From there we decided to go to her mothers' house. When we got there I went out back to see what was going on because Irinas' sister Evelyn had told us that her parents were planning to go to L.A the following morning. Well I talked to Goyo (my father-in-law) and he said they were going to L.A buy some toys to sell at the Santo Tomas swapmeet in Calexico. The folling day Irina and I set out to El Centro and went to the court so I could submit my Findings and Order after Hearing papers to the judge so he could sing them. On thursday I went to Mexicali to inform Isaacs' mom that I was to pick up Isaac on Friday at 6:00 p.m. As I predicted she did not cooperate and she started yelling and arguing but I paid no mind and just left as quickly as I had gotten there. I got back my mother-in-law's house to pick up Irina and Leeloo (our dog) and we left a short time later.

| My first journal entry |

Well this is my first entry and I'm happy to say that today was good to me. As is everyday when I'm with my wife. The only thing is that she got mad at me for not taking her to eat after I got out of court this morning. I went with my mom to eat at Denny's because we had not eaten before going to court. The reason I had court today was for custody and visitation of my son which I am happy to say was ordered by the judge. The judge orderd joint custody of and so neither of us has say over the other in regards to him. His mom didn't show at court and so I got to decide which days I wanted. I got alternate weekends (overnights) and alternate holidays and B-days, in summer vacation i get 4 weeks with him. I also got the second week of christmas vacation which is New years and alternates the folling year. I get odd number years while she gets even number years. So that means I get to have him on christmas next year. I'm glad she didn't show, because that way it was all up to me and since she didn't respond to the summons (she was given an extra chance to do so mind you) she lost the privelege or in other words waived her objection to any of the now orderd dates of visitation I have. All in all I guess I won the case (actually I did win). So I guess it is true what they say about KARMA, it does get back to you and it sure did with her...
P.S. I really love my wife and I can never stay mad at her no matter what and if your reading this right now sweetness
